Introduction and Pre-Test
The first part of this instructional module is an introduction to the ROC'D Module. Then the video asks for the learner to complete the pre-test portion of the module. The pre-test is useful because it helps determine whether or not the learner has the required prerequisite skills to successfully complete this module.
This portion of the instructional module is used to assess the following prerequisite skills:
▫Basic computer knowledge
▫Ability to classify components of a good assignment and a good assessment
▫Ability to create assessment questions
Before viewing the video, make sure that you have your assessment book available and something to write with (pen or pencil). Also, when you are done viewing the video click the back button in your Internet browser to be brought back to the Module page of the ROC'D website.
Please turn to page 2 in your assessment book. On this page you will find the pre-test. At this time please answer the questions.
Creating an Assignment using a LMS
This instructional video walks you through the steps of creating an assignment using an LMS. Throughout the video you will be asked to perform tasks to show that you have understood the information provided. At the same time, you have an assessment book that accompanies the Creating an Assignment video. This book assesses your knowledge and helps you learn how to master the skills.

This is the post-test portion of the instructional module. This part of the module helps the learner determine whether or not they have mastered the skills that were demonstrated in the videos.
